This Total Room Design Plan was not only needed here to fill the empty Dining Room space, but the client was also preparing to sell the home, so our designer worked in a smaller budget selecting used and cosignment furniture pieces such as the table and chairs and china cabinet. We then added simple beautiful custom window treatments, artwork, a floral center piece and decorative urns to place in the niches. We kept the client's existing rug and had the larger chandelier from another area in the home placed above the dining table. This design plan is excellent for someone needing to "Stage" the home for resale.
This plan will include selection of furniture, rug, window treatments, bedding, artwork, mirrors, lamps, florals, and other decorative accessories. We can also inlcude a furniture placement layout if needed for the room. This plan covers rooms up to a maximum of 500 sq. ft. Please contact us for special pricing on extra large spaces.
